Fair Oaks Emergency Room is a 24-hour, freestanding ER on the I-10 frontage road offering walk-in adult and pediatric emergency care, including trauma and cardiac, with no scheduled wait. It opened in September 2024 to serve Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, and the northwest San Antonio corridor.
