Salvador DOBBS
Salvador DOBBS is a cocktail bar and live-music venue overlooking Cibolo Creek, opened by owner Veronica Brown in January 2018. The name honors her great-uncle Salvador Mazal, a co-founder of the Dobbs Hats company in 1920s New York, and original Dobbs hat boxes still line the walls.
