Help Us Honor Kendall County’s Veterans

Here at The Kendall Gentleman, we’re gathering stories and photos of Kendall County residents who’ve served our country – across all generations and global conflicts. Whether they served in wartime or peacetime, at home or abroad, we want to hear their stories.

Please use the form below to submit a veteran’s name, the conflict or era they served in, a short story or memory, and any photos you’d like to share. Submissions may be included in a commemorative photo mosaic or featured in a potential future story. We welcome stories of both living and deceased veterans, from all eras, going back as far as the American Revolution.

By submitting this form, you grant Oakridge Media & The Kendall Gentleman permission to publish the submitted names, stories, and photographs in print and online, and you agree to allow us to contact you if we need additional details or clarification.

Let’s preserve their legacy – together.
