Mainz Meat Market opened on Main Street in 2025, a butcher shop and specialty market built around organic, pasture-raised beef, including Wagyu, alongside fine wines and curated pantry goods. Owner Mason Mainz also co-owns the adjacent BRCC (Black Rifle Coffee Company) location, making the corner one of downtown Boerne’s newer gathering spots.
